Meeting re new Adult focused section in

Blackrock College Union 7pm, TUESDAY 20th

Willow Wheelers Cycling Club is holding a kick off meeting to plan the start-up and development of Willow Wheelers (WW) Adults, our new adult focused section. This follows the approval for this initiative at the recent Willow Wheelers̢۪ AGM. The kick-off meeting will take place in Blackrock College Union Centre on March 20th at 7pm. In St Patrick̢۪s hall besides the chapel, behind the trophy cabinet.

The objective of the meeting is to establish a sub-committee of volunteers to progress the commencement of the WW Adults including proposing and managing a programme of cycling, fund raising and social events to supplement the existing WW programme.

All interested new Adult members are also invited to participate in two existing of our Willow Wheelers cycling events and an Open Cycle spin specifically for potential new Adult members. These are the:

• Willow Wheeler 100 Mile Cycle: Sunday 6^th May 2018. Starting at 10am in Blackrock College
• Willow Wheelers Track Day: Sunday 20^th May 2018. 11am - 5pm Eamonn Ceannt Park
• Willow Wheelers Adults Open Cycle: Sunday May 13^th 2018. 40km cycle starting at 10am in Blackrock College

All WW members and potential members who are interested in assisting in the set-up of WW Adults or participating in our new activities are welcome to attend the meeting on the 20th.
