North American Blackrock College Dinner 2015

The 2015 North American Blackrock College Dinner took place on Friday, October 16th, 2015 at the Manhattan Club. This was the second consecutive year that it was hosted at this venue.
We had over 100 attendees with graduates spanning a 56 year period from 1954 to 2010. We had past students from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Canada and a sizable contingent from Ireland.
The evening was an overwhelming success. The time of year, turnout, venue, food and camaraderie were magnificent. David Coen and Alan MacGinty delivered wonderful speeches while the College video (link) struck chords in the hearts of all Alumni present. Our Guest Speaker, highly acclaimed economist, journalist, broadcaster and writer, David McWilliams was excellent. His words, along with his great humor, were very engaging to one and all. Following the celebration, a large contingent continued the festivities downstairs as Rosie OΓ’GradyΓ’s.
It was also announced on the evening that Trevor Madigan (1994) would be the incoming Chairman of the North American Branch.
