Fr. Cormac OâBrolchain
on his latest book âZACHâS JOURNEYâ
which was launched by College Chaplain Sean Goan in the C.A.D.L. Centre on Wednesday evening,
4th May 2016.
Sean informed the large gathering of Cormacâs family, friends, confreres and colleagues that the book, based on the 4 Gospels and in particular the Gospel of Mark, is aimed at young people and seeks to introduce them to the passion of Jesus ânot as a doctrine, not as a dogma or an article of faith but as a person â a living human being on fire with the vision of how God intends the world to beâ
Sean also paid tribute to Cormacâs life work âwhich has been devoted to the young and helping them find their place in the world as human beings made in the image and likeness of Godâ.
Michael Lucey, John Cawley (both 1st Year) and Stephen Ryan (Transition Year) read extracts from the book. Harry Kearns (Transition Year) was an excellent MC.
