Blackrock College Past Pupils Help USA to Tier 1 win

Overnight in Houston, Texas the US Eagles beat Scotland 30-29, thus recording their first ever victory over a tier 1 Test nation.
AJ MacGinty (2008) and Dylan Fawsitt (2009) helped the USA to create rugby history overnight by beating Scotland 30-29 in a Test match in Houston. It is the first win by the USA against a tier 1 Test rugby nation. MacGinty produced a world class place-kicking display landing all six of his shots at goal, landing a haul of 15 points to help secure the sensational win.
We congratulate AJ and Dylan and wish them continued success in the USA's final Test match of the summer, against Canada next Saturday, where they go in search of a seventh straight Test match win of 2018.
