On the 6th of September this year we completed our Camino de Santiago via Ferrol, faithfully re-enacting it from Dublin aboard the tall ship the Jeanie Johnston. We believe this was the first such pilgrimage undertaken by a parish group since the reformation.
During the course of that remarkable and historic journey we were accompanied by a professional film crew and the fruits of their work have now been produced into a television documentary. The film charts the progress of our journey from our initial walk to St James St. on the 25th July right through our sailing trip via the Bay of Biscay and of course our Camino down from Ferrol to Santiago de Compostela.
On Friday the 5th December at 20.00 we will have a charity Premiere screening in RFC, Stradbrook Road Blackrock, Co. Dublin , tickets are €20 each and every cent will go to charity. So far we have raised just over €90,000 and with your help we can go for the €100,000. Please support us.
